Will they accept it?
Every office has its own rule for translations. Here is what each one asks for, with a link to the rule itself.

USCIS and immigration court don't require a notary. No one can promise that an office will accept a document. If an office has a comment on our translation, we fix it for free.

Questions
Do I need a notary?
Not for USCIS or immigration court. They ask for the translator's signed certificate, and it's included. Some DMV offices and other agencies do want a notary, so check with the office before you order.
How long does it take?
1–4 documents: within 24 hours after payment. For 5 or more, we give you the date with the quote. Same day costs +50%, and we confirm it before we start.
My document is hard to read. Will you take it?
Most likely. Handwritten Soviet certificates, faded stamps and copies of copies are routine for us. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly whether we can read it. If a word can't be read, the translation marks it [illegible] instead of guessing.
What happens to my files?
We use them only for your order. An AI tool helps with the first draft; the translator checks every line against the original and signs the certificate. The tool's provider doesn't train its models on your files. We keep your files encrypted for 3 years in case an office asks us to confirm the translation, and delete them sooner if you ask. We never sell or share them. Details: Privacy.
What if USCIS questions the translation?
If an office has a comment on our translation, we fix it and send a new certificate, free of charge. We don't promise that an office will accept a document: no one honestly can.
